Welcome to World of Walnut. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (“Site”) and any services or products offered by World of Walnut (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using or ordering from the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or order from it.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to the person (or legal entity) who uses the Site, registers an account, places an order, or views content on the Site.

  • “Products” refers to the walnut-based goods offered by us (walnut oil, powder, flour, chocolate bars, scrub, etc.).

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase the Products specified in the order. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we send you an order confirmation email. That confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order—our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Products to you.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to Product unavailability, error in pricing or description, or suspected fraud).

  • Your contract is with World of Walnut and any purchase is subject to applicable local laws of India.

5. Price & Payment

  • Prices for Products are displayed on the Site and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping or handling charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Payment authorization must be received before dispatch.

  • If the price of a Product is clearly incorrect due to a typographical or technical error, we may cancel your order and refund any payment received.

6. Delivery & Risk

  • Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to the shipping address you provided.

  • If you provide an incorrect/invalid delivery address and the shipment is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs upon re-shipment.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, packaging, aroma may occur due to the natural source of our Products; these do not constitute defects.
