Refund and Returns Policy

For World of Walnuts

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

 

Certain types of goods are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please read the categories below carefully.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable food products such as Walnut Whole, Walnut Broken, or Walnut Chocolate Bars once opened or used.

  • Health and personal care items such as Walnut Hair Oil once unsealed or used.

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

  • Downloadable or digital content (if applicable).

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

 

  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Any item returned after the 7-day return period.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to confirm receipt of your item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit/debit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often a short processing period before a refund is reflected.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

 

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
